  I would give zero stars if that was an option. The Drs are basically kids and they are not engaged at all. My husband and I both went in for the same regular office visit and they upcharged him for no reason. Do not go here! There are so many great respectable dermatologists in New Braunfels, unfortunately this place is not one of them.

  Nice clinic and clean, but buildings are not important! We did visit back few years ago (yes it did take me that long to right this comment as I don't tend to leave comments online much), however I do still recall how Dr Emily Becker and John Browning , The pediatric dermatologists were awful from the diagnoses she gave our daughter , they did diagnose her with terminal disease, which lab results showed negative after. They put us through tough time thinking our new born child is dying. Dr John Browning lacked medical dermatology social skills, it was beyond the level of skilled and respectful doctor. Dr Emily Becker and John Browning had to ask the assistance to explain her diagnoses to us instead as we was disoriented to explain herself which clearly showed lack of confidence and lack of medical skills! I am really upset !
  
  These guys try doing other things like Botox and laser as a kids doctor which speaks for itself!
