    If you're a mid day trainer: Go before Noon or between 2 and 4. Perfect times if you're like me and hate waiting for equipment.

    Huge variety of machines.
    Many cardio machines to choose from.
    They offer a large range of classes.
    Daycare staff is phenomenal.
    The sauna is a great way to relax and sweat out some toxins.
    Bonus: the smoothies are delectable.
